    1. Number of load bar multiple by a load bar weight + Number of cross bar multiple by a cross bar weight + Number of binding bar multiple by a binding bar weight
      This calculation is time consuming, which is why I created this solution. You can freely use it.

  8. This weight is in black stage or after galvanization? (I hope galvanization is not considered)

    1. The weight shown is the black stage only. Normally 6% additional weight considering to get weight after galvanizing (Multiple by 1.06)

    1. when you provide load bar, cross bar and grating mesh dimensions, The total weight will calculate automatically and you will get the result by using this blog.
      Or if you want to calculate the cross bar and load bar weight separately use below link to calculate the plate weight.
